Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our AI automation services. These terms govern the relationship between AI Automation Labs and our enterprise partners.
01Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the services provided by AI Automation Labs ('Consultancy', 'we', 'us'). By accessing our services, engaging in a Statement of Work (SOW), or utilizing our AI Agents, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
02AI Services Scope
Our consultancy provides custom AI Agent development, deployment, and maintenance. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW). We ensure all models are trained on ethically sourced data and comply with current AI safety standards.

03Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated in a specific SOW, Client Data remains the sole property of the Client. AI Automation Labs claims no ownership over the raw data provided by the Client for model training purposes.
However, the Underlying AI Architectures, custom pre-processing scripts, and proprietary "Agent Frameworks" developed by AI Automation Labs remain the intellectual property of the Consultancy. Clients are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these frameworks for internal business operations.
04Data Usage & Privacy
We take data privacy seriously. Your data is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the services defined in the SOW. We do not use Client Data to train our foundation models that are resold to other parties, nor do we share data with third-party model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) without explicit API data opt-out configurations enabled.
SOC 2 Compliance
Our infrastructure adheres to SOC 2 Type II standards. All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 protocols.
05Liability & Warranties
AI Automation Labs provides services "as is". While we strive for the highest accuracy, AI models are probabilistic in nature. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI Agent outputs and are not liable for business decisions made based solely on AI suggestions.
In no event shall AI Automation Labs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
06Termination
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
Upon termination, AI Automation Labs will:
